Arriva Transport Solutions Site Visits to WWL to Discuss Patient Transport

Newsdate: 22 July 2015

Arriva Transport Solutions (ATSL) is committed to gathering and utilising feedback to improve the patient experience of those using their service. As such, this month and next, ATSL staff will be holding a series of events in specific areas in hospitals across Greater Manchester. ATSL shall also be making every effort to visit the wards and clinics where transport patients are frequently treated.

ATSL want to hear from patients and carers about what they like about the service and what they would like to improve. And to encourage as many people to share their experiences of the patient transport service with them as possible.

Please encourage patients in your area of the hospital who use the patient transport service to visit the stand between 10am and 4pm on the following dates:

  • Thomas Linacre Centre - 23 July 2015
  • Leigh Infirmary - 28 July 2015
  • Wrightington Hospital - 29 July 2015
  • Royal Albert Edward Infirmary - 30 July 2015

The feedback gathered will be considered and presented to the hospital, commissioners and Healthwatch for discussion at a series of workshops in September.

These workshops aim to optimise the way ATSL work together to deliver a high quality service that meets the needs of Greater Manchester residents.
