Background:
Ravi has been appointed as Consultant Paediatrician with an interest in Neonatology since 1993. He has been very much interested in teaching and training both for under-graduates and post-graduates. He has been instrumental in making this hospital an examination centre for Royal College examinations in Paediatric and Child Health (RCPCH). He has helped in planning and operation of the excellent Neonatal unit at RAEI, Wigan. He is very much involved in management at national level, being a member of a few committees of RCPCH and at local level as a lead clinician for audit in his department.
